NeloEx privacy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NeloEx processes information when we provide mobile advertising, publisher monetization, account, support, and website services.

Effective July 23, 2026

1. Scope and roles

This policy applies to NeloEx websites, advertiser and publisher consoles, support services, ad-delivery APIs, and software development kits (collectively, the “Services”). It covers advertisers, publishers, website visitors, account users, and people who view or interact with an advertisement delivered by NeloEx.

Depending on the Service and applicable law, NeloEx, operated by NeloEx Technologies Pte. Ltd., may act as a controller or as a service provider processing information for an advertiser or publisher. Publishers and advertisers remain responsible for their own applications, destinations, notices, permissions, and legal obligations.

2. Information we process

Account and business information

Names, business contact details, account credentials, company information, verification documents, tax or registration information, payout details, and advertiser billing records.

Advertising and inventory information

Campaign settings, creatives, destinations, budgets, bids, publisher applications, ad units, app-ads.txt status, seller identifiers, and review decisions.

Ad-delivery and engagement information

Request and event identifiers, application and ad-unit identifiers, package name, SDK version, ad format, approximate country derived from the network connection, impressions, clicks, feedback, reports, timestamps, and delivery or billing status.

Technical and security information

IP address and user-agent information may be transformed into keyed hashes for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and duplicate-event controls. We also process logs, diagnostics, and security events needed to operate the Services.

Communications

Support conversations, email addresses, attachments, feedback, ad reports, and other information a person chooses to send to NeloEx.

The current NeloEx Android SDK does not request precise device location and does not require access to the Android Advertising ID. A publisher application or advertiser destination may process additional information under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use information

  • Deliver, display, measure, bill, and report advertising.
  • Match eligible campaigns with approved publisher inventory.
  • Review advertisers, publishers, applications, creatives, and payment eligibility.
  • Operate accounts, support, communications, payouts, and prepaid advertising balances.
  • Detect invalid traffic, abuse, security incidents, duplicate events, and policy violations.
  • Investigate ad feedback and reports and improve the reliability of the Services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Where applicable, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We may share information with the advertiser or publisher involved in a transaction, vendors that provide infrastructure, security, email, storage, analytics, payment, or professional services, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell account verification documents.

NeloEx and its service providers may process information in Singapore and other countries where they operate. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect information transferred across borders.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain financial and audit records, investigate fraud or policy issues, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the information and purpose.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted private storage, logging, and other administrative and technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Choices and privacy rights

Depending on local law, a person may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Mobile-device privacy controls may limit application permissions or advertising identifiers used by other parties. The NeloEx disclosure control can be used to send relevance, broken-ad, or offensive-content feedback and open this Privacy Policy.

7. Children

The NeloEx account Services are intended for businesses and adults. Publishers and advertisers must accurately identify child-directed inventory and comply with applicable child-privacy and advertising laws. Contact us if you believe information involving a child has been processed improperly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services, law, or our practices change. We will publish the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
